It was a modest affair with four theatre shows each playing one performance, one comedy performance and a few sessions in the pub. With such a success in the previous years Junction decided to expand its events in 2005, from six to nine days. Instead of a weekend, the Festival is now filling two weekends of music, entertainment and street performance introduced each day under the arches of the Main Guard.</span></div><div><br /></div><div align="justify"><span style="font-family:arial;">Clonmel Junction Festival 2009 is preparing the world music, comedy, theatre and several street and children acts.
